CTG maintains an in house department dealing with all billing and
insurance issues. As a private not-for-profit agency we are able to
keep our fees at a reasonable rate. We are not contracted with any
insurance companies, however, we will file an insurance claim for
services at the family's request. Families should check with their
insurance company to ascertain their coverage and any other requirements
their insurance company may have.
If a family is in need of financial assistance for therapy, they must
complete a scholarship application form and return it to CTG office.
If the family has health insurance, they will need to contact their
agent to determine if their insurance covers their therapy. The
scholarship program is the payer of last resort, therefore, insurance
coverage must first be explored. The family will be responsible for
making a monthly co-payment, the amount of which is agreed upon by CTG
and the family. The CTG Foundation will pay the balance of therapy
costs each month after the co-payment and the insurance payment (if
applicable) have been received for the month.
Our fees remain the most reasonable in the metro area. All services
are available on an appointment basis. Appointment hours vary Monday
thru Thursday.
You will need to supply CTG with a doctor referral for the therapy.
This referral is required by law for occupational therapy and physical
therapy services. The referral expires after one year at which time a
renewal will be needed from your doctor.
