Children's Therapy Group Foundation (CTG Foundation) was established to provide scholarships to fund therapy services for CTG families unable to afford the full cost of services and assist in purchasing costly equipment.

CTG Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) organization and your donations are tax deductible. Your donation will help provide quality therapeutic services for children with disabilities and special needs and their families regardless of their ability to pay. Contributions can be made directly to CTG Foundation or as a donor choice on the United Way campaign donor choice card. We have an annual fund drive in December but donations are welcome throughout the year. We also appreciate donations of therapy supplies and equipment.

CTG Foundation is a United Way Donor Choice Agency. Simply write in our name on your donor choice card to donate through United Way.

If a family is in need of financial assistance for therapy, they must complete a scholarship application form and return it to CTG office. If the family has health insurance, they will need to contact their agent to determine if their insurance covers their therapy. The scholarship program is the payer of last resort, therefore, insurance coverage must be explored. The family will be responsible for making a monthly co-payment, the amount of which is agreed upon by CTG and the family. The CTG Foundation will pay the balance of therapy costs each month after the co-payment and the insurance payment (if applicable) have been received for the month.
